 orders welcome via phone, by mail or TELEFAX or e-mail.

1. Inside EC: private customers inside of EC will be treated as domestic customers. They will be charged with our german V.A.T. of 16% which is included in our prices. No income taxes etc. are to be paid at destination.
2. Outside EC: Our prices are including 16% of german V.A.T which is not to be paid by foreign customers - please subtract about 13.7% (not 16%!) from prices in our price list.

Prepayment is required for all export business. Payment options:

• Credit card (VISA/Euro/Mastercard): most convienient. 3% charges to be added. Name of cardholder, card no. and exp. date required.
• bank transfer from any bank to our postbank account (25.- DEM bank charges)
• bank transfer from a postbank to our postbank account (no bank charges)
• postal money order
• eurocheque written in DM or EUR (25.- DEM bank charges)

• contre remboursement (expéditions journalières)
• règlement à la commande
• règlement sur compte postal ou mandat-postal
• règlement par Eurocheque libellé en D-Mark
• règlement par carte de crédit (VISA/EUROCARD/MASTERCARD) rajouter 3% de frais bancaires et indiquer N°. de carte et date d'expiration.

Our prices are ex works Herxheim. The response and the costs for the whole delivery is in responsibility of the customer. Until our invoices are fully paid we are the full owner of all ordered items.
During the warranty we decide to repair or to replace the defect parts. No additionals claims are possible. If you find faults on your order you have to claim this in writing within a period of 10 days.
It's not possible to claim for compensation, especially in case of extended faults which have nothing to do with our parts (e.g. mount antenna wrong etc).
We are not responsible for any damage or injury to persons or material on mounting or using of our products.
If you want to send goods back which are not defective, you have to ask us for agreement in advance.
On credits for resending material, we reduce the price an appropriate amount to get the material back for
resale. non-standard (custom-produced) items will not be taken back unless there they are faulty.
The place of jurisdiction is Landau.
